How to
prepare your firearms for shipment |

Unload ammunition
• Remove scopes, slings and other
accessories
• Carefully wrap in bubble wrap and
place into an appropriate box (we
have shipping boxes for shotguns,
handguns and most rifles available
to you for $15.00)
• Include a detailed letter
indicating the service(s) that you
require, including all contact
information for you.
• Include information on how you
intend to pay for services, we
accept checks, VISA, Master Card,
Discover and American Express. For
projects over $500 we require a 50%
deposit, with balance due upon
shipment.

Sending a firearm that is NOT for
sale, does not NOT require a
licensed dealer to send and receive.
Some Franchises (UPS Store, Mail
Boxes Etc) will not accept firearms,
in these cases it is a local owner
policy and not a corporate policy.
If this becomes an issue, visit a
Corporately owned UPS Shipping
facility / store.
• We prefer UPS as they come by our
facility 3 times daily. To use UPS
you can go directly to a UPS
facility or visit
